Massimo Borghesi

CEO of LFG+ZEST and LFG Holding

Massimo has 20 years of experience in asset management, having started as a fund manager for one of Italian’s largest banks, specializing in US equities. In Switzerland, he has worked with UBS and Julius Baer, Lugano, as head of equity analysis and as head of advisory and portfolio management. More recently, he has been CIO at a leading financial company in Lugano. He graduated in financial and banking economics and completed his qualifications as a CFA and a financial risk manager.


Rosy Mantia

Deputy CEO

Rosy is today Deputy CEO of LFG+Zest. She joined Zest in April 2019, as Managing Director and Head of the Private Banking division. Before Zest. Rosy spent 23 years at Colombo Wealth Management in Lugano, first becoming its director and then CEO and member of the Board of Directors in 2017.

The experience acquired in terms of management, compliance, and due diligence, administration and asset management optimized for high-net-worth individuals and families, combined with excellent and solid relationships with the major operators in the financial sector, guarantees to our customers and extremely targeted and personalized service and assistance. Her career in the banking sector began at UBS SA followed by a brief stay in the USA.


Miriam Sironi

EXECUTIVE BOARD MEMBER

Miriam joined Zest in 2015, as Relationship Manager, and before, Miriam was a Business Developer of SwissWealth Management, a Lugano-based management company. In addition to having held the position of Relationship Manager of Casa4Funds in Lugano, a branch of the Luxembourg Management Company, Miriam was a Member of the Board of Directors of the Luxembourg Management Company's Conducting Officer and member of the Board of Directors of several Luxembourg SICAVs. Miriam began his career in 2000 in Lemanik SA, holding relations between the SICAV and its service providers in Luxembourg, Italy and Switzerland.

Antonio Viggiani, CFA

Head of Portfolio Management and Member of the Executive Board of LFG+ZEST.

Antonio joined LFG+Zest in 2023, bringing a decade of experience in the asset management industry, particularly in quantitative methods due to his quantitative background. His career in the finance industry began at Swiss Life Asset Managers AG, where he worked as a quant and risk analyst. Subsequently, he joined one of the largest independent asset managers in Switzerland before moving to the CIO Office at Zürcher Kantonalbank in Zurich, where he focused on the investment process, quantitative asset allocation, and the development of new investment strategies. Before joining LFG+Zest, he was the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) and a member of the Executive Board at Istituto di Previdenza del Cantone Ticino, overseeing a substantial pension fund portfolio of 5.5 billion CHF.

Antonio holds a degree in mechanical and aerospace engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich (ETHZ) and is a CFA Charterholder. He is fluent in Italian, German and English.


 

Patrick Borradori

Head of Risk and Compliance, Executive Board Member of LFG+ZEST.

Since January 2024, Patrick has been head of the Risk & Compliance Team at LFG + ZEST. He began his career in November 2007 at BSI (now EFG) as a Junior Portfolio Manager. He then took on progressively senior roles in Asset Management and Risk Management at leading financial institutions in Lugano. From December 2009 to July 2012, he served as Portfolio Manager at Sinergia Wealth Management (SWMSA), followed by a stint as Portfolio Risk Manager at Lugano Financial Group SA from August 2012 to July 2016.

From August 2016 onwards, he focused intensively on Risk Management & Compliance: first at LFG Family Office SA, and then as Head of Risk Management & Compliance at BlueStar Investment Managers SA, up until taking on his current role at LFG + ZEST in 2024.

Patrick holds a Master’s in Finance from the Università della Svizzera italiana (USI) and a CAS in Compliance from the Centro Studi Bancari.
