Gabriele Rossi

Partner of LFG Holding, CFO and Head of the Business Development of LFG+ZEST.

Gabriele joined Zest in 2018 as the General Manager and Head of Institutional Clientele. Before this, he co-founded AQA Capital in 2015 and managed equity funds at Sequoia and Lemanik. His prior roles include leading the Equity Research Department at Exane BNP Paribas and serving as an equity financial analyst at Mediobanca. Gabriele's early career saw him shaping Vodafone's Planning & Economics Department and beginning as an auditor at PWC.
 

Miriam Sironi

Head of Fund Admin and Distribution, Executive Board Member 

Member of the Executive Board of LFG+ZEST SA and of the Board of Directors of Zest Asset Management SICAV, Miriam has over twenty-five years of experience in the investment funds field in Switzerland and Luxembourg.

Within the company, she is responsible for the Fund Administration & Distribution Team, corporate governance and relationships with Luxembourg fund service providers.

With a focus on people and relationships, she brings professionalism, discipline and a strong collaborative spirit to the teams.

In her free time, Miriam loves to travel and discover new cultures. She practices Pilates and enjoys reading and photography. She has a strong interest in psychology, which she cultivates as a personal passion.

 

Andrea Midolo

Deputy Head of BD and Head of Sport Division

Andrea joined Zest's Business Development division in February 2019, specializing in financial structuring activities and coordinating communication and marketing initiatives. His extensive experience spans the investment vehicles ecosystem, encompassing a deep understanding of both on-shore and off-shore jurisdictions, diverse investment vehicles, structures, and instruments. This expertise is further enriched by past internships in Financial Consulting in New York, and Private Equity and M&A in Milan.
Andrea's global perspective is shaped by academic pursuits in Ottawa and Melbourne and volunteering stints in Buenos Aires and Quito. He completed his education, conducted entirely in English, with a Master's in International Financial Accounting from the University of Turin, enhancing his proficiency in English and Spanish.
